• The functionality or availability of third-party blockchains, APIs, or data sources

Blockchain data may be subject to delays, reorganizations, or inaccuracies. Our analytics algorithms are based on heuristics and may not capture all relevant information.

Flow methodology: Metrics labeled "buy ratio," "net flow," "inflow," or "outflow" on the Service combine two types of on-chain activity: (a) decentralized-exchange (DEX) swaps and (b) centralized-exchange (CEX) deposits and withdrawals. A token withdrawal from a centralized exchange is classified as accumulation-side (buy-side) flow because it suggests the holder is moving to self-custody; a deposit is classified as distribution-side (sell-side) flow. These classifications are heuristic — a withdrawal is not a confirmed purchase and a deposit is not a confirmed sale. The majority of tracked whale flow consists of exchange transfers, not DEX swaps. The Flow Mix indicator on applicable pages shows the DEX/CEX split per token.

5. Past Scoreboard, Win Rate, and Backtest Results

Any win rate, scoreboard outcome, accuracy percentage, or backtested return displayed on the Service — including but not limited to figures shown on /picks, /backtest, the daily intelligence reports, and any blog post that cites historical performance — is historical only. Sample size, methodology, the universe of graded events, the time period selected, and the grading criteria are all subject to change. We reserve the right to revise the methodology going forward without notice.

Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, broker-client, agent-principal, trust, or any other special relationship between you and Deep Blue Alpha. We owe you no duty of care with respect to your trading decisions, account positions, portfolio allocation, or any financial outcome arising from your use of information obtained from the Service. 7. Data Availability & Display Anomalies

On-chain data and platform metrics may, on occasion, be temporarily unavailable, delayed, or display fallback or placeholder values due to upstream API outages, blockchain reorganizations, rate limits, authentication failures, or platform maintenance. We do not represent that displayed data is continuously accurate to the millisecond, and you should not act on any single displayed metric without independent verification. If you suspect a displayed value is anomalous, please report it to team@deepbluealpha.io.

Alerts are not a monitoring service. Real-time alerts are a convenience feature, not a guarantee that you will be told about any particular on-chain event. Notifications can be missed, delayed, duplicated, or silently suppressed by your device or by an intermediary platform. Never treat the arrival of an alert as a reason to act, or the absence of one as a reason not to act, and never rely on alerts as your only view of the market. 10. Wallet Labels, Owner Names and Hack Data

Names shown for wallet owners (for example a foundation, company, fund or government) and the “attacker” or “exploiter” labels on our hack pages come only from public Etherscan name tags and, where stated, official public statements, which we link. We do not identify private individuals, and a wallet label never names a person unless that person publicly controls it. A wallet appearing as a receiver of funds from a tagged wallet implies nothing about its owner: receivers include exchanges, swap services, bridges and sometimes the victim itself. Hack dates, amounts and methods come from DefiLlama’s public hacks database unless stated otherwise. We describe public on-chain transfers for information only; we do not trace funds beyond what is shown, recover assets, or provide forensic or legal services.
