Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. We accept USDC (on Solana or Ethereum), USDT (ERC-20), ETH, BTC, SOL, and BNB via NOWPayments. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
Can I change plans?

I already have Whale. Do I need Business?
Only if the data is used by a company, fund, bot or product, or you need webhooks or the daily files. Personal use of the Whale API stays exactly as it is today.
How do I get help?
Business is self-serve: docs, sample data and priority email support at team@deepbluealpha.io. Everything is handled by email.
Can I pay by crypto?
Yes. Pick crypto at checkout (ETH, USDC, USDT, BTC and more). Crypto plans are paid once per period and don’t renew automatically; we remind you before the end date. Card plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account. For Enterprise, email us for an invoice.
