Newsletters & research desks
Per-token flow over 24h, 7d and 30d, ready to chart. Showing the data to clients is covered by Enterprise.
AI-agent builders
Clean JSON for tools and agents, plus our free MCP server for AI assistants.
What the data is
A fixed set of real whale wallets
20,000+ Ethereum wallets selected by holdings, not by trading volume. Known exchange, bridge and infrastructure addresses are filtered out, and the list is re-checked every few hours.
Every move, labeled for what it is
Each row says whether coins left an exchange, went to an exchange, or were swapped on a DEX. An exchange withdrawal is a withdrawal, never counted as a purchase.
Per-token flow, rolled up
For every tracked coin: coins pulled off exchanges, coins sent in, DEX swaps each way, net flow, number of moves and distinct wallets, over 24h, 7d and 30d.

4,536 moves (3,517 exchange, 1,019 DEX) by tracked whale wallets over the last 7 days, for the 10 coins with the most tracked-whale volume (the most recent 5,000 moves at most) · generated 2026-10-16 UTC. venue_type is exchange or dex; only dex rows (SWAP_BUY / SWAP_SELL) are trades.
How it’s built
- Wallet selection. Wallets qualify on real holdings (about $250K or more in ETH and volatile tokens; stablecoins don’t count). Known exchange, bridge and infrastructure addresses are removed.
- Move capture. New Ethereum blocks are read as they arrive; a transfer or swap touching a tracked wallet becomes a row with its tx hash.
- Labeling. The counterparty decides the label: a known exchange address means an exchange deposit or withdrawal; a DEX pool or router means a swap.
- Pricing. USD value at the time of the move, with checks that reject implausible prices.
Honest data notes
- History starts Oct 7, 2026. Tracked-whale moves are kept permanently from that date. Other exchange-flow rows are kept for 30 days.
- Labels are heuristics. Exchange and DEX labels come from known address lists. A new or unlabeled venue can be missed or mislabeled.
- Coverage is the tracked set. The numbers describe 20,000+ tracked whales, not every wallet on Ethereum.
- Not investment advice. Flow shows what tracked wallets did. It does not predict prices and is not a recommendation to trade.

FAQ
What can I do with the data on Business?
Use it inside your own organization: run bots and models on it, build internal dashboards, inform your research and trading. You can quote occasional aggregated figures with the credit “Data: Deep Blue Alpha”. See the Business & API Terms.
Can I show the data to my own users or clients?
That’s redistribution, which is covered by Enterprise. Apps, terminals, paid newsletters and client reports that display the data need an Enterprise license. Email team@deepbluealpha.io for a quote.
Can I see the data before paying?
Yes. See the data first: download the free sample and read the API docs and the methodology.
How will billing work?
When Business opens, monthly is paid by card. Yearly Business and Enterprise can be paid by invoice, by card or crypto. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, with access to the end of the paid period.
How does support work?
Business is self-serve with priority email support at team@deepbluealpha.io. The docs, the sample file and the methodology cover setup, and every question gets a written answer by email.
Does a withdrawal from an exchange mean a whale bought?
No. A withdrawal means coins left an exchange for a tracked wallet. It is commonly read as the accumulation side, but it is not a purchase. Only rows labeled SWAP_BUY / SWAP_SELL are trades.
I already pay for Whale. What changes?
Nothing. Whale keeps its API for personal use. Business is for company or product use, and adds webhooks, daily files and higher limits.
