5. Subscription Plans & Payments

Deep Blue Alpha offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Crypto Payments: Payments made via cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are locked in at their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You may not:

• Exceed your allocated rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access
• Use the API for any unlawful purpose
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
