1. Subscription Plans
Deep Blue Alpha offers the following subscription tiers:
- Free: No charge. Access to core whale tracking features.
- Pro ($9.99/mo or $69/yr founding rate): Includes Intelligence Suite, Whale Reports, and data exports.
- Alpha ($19.99/mo or $139/yr founding rate): Includes everything in Pro, plus WHaiLE AI, API access, and full history.
- Leviathan ($99/mo or $699/yr): Maximum tier — advanced WHaiLE AI (250 q/day), webhooks, 50,000 API req/day, full history, and priority support.
Founding member pricing is available for a limited time and is locked in for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. See Section 6 for details.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards — processed securely by Stripe.
- Cryptocurrency: ETH, BTC, USDC, USDT, SOL, BNB, and 300+ other cryptocurrencies — processed by NOWPayments.
We do not store your card details. All card payments are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on-chain via NOWPayments.
3. Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date of your initial subscription.
- Yearly plans are billed once per year from the date of your initial subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You will receive an email receipt for each successful payment.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier.
To cancel, log in and go to Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. If you have trouble, email [email protected].
5. Refund Policy
- Card payments: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will review your case.
- Cryptocurrency payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
- Exceptions: We will issue refunds where required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Founding Member Pricing
Founding member pricing is a promotional rate offered for a limited time at launch. If you subscribe during the founding member period:
- Your rate is locked in for life — it will never increase as long as your subscription remains active.
- If you cancel and later resubscribe, the then-current standard pricing applies. Your founding rate cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
- Founding pricing applies to the tier you subscribe to at the time. Upgrading to a higher tier at a later date will be at the then-current rate for that tier.
7. Price Changes
We may change our standard pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect. Active subscribers are never moved to a new price mid-cycle without notice.
8. Failed Payments
If a card payment fails:
- We will notify you by email immediately.
- Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over the following days.
- If all retries fail, your subscription will be suspended and your account will revert to the Free tier.
- You can update your payment method at any time from your Account page.
9. Taxes
Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Depending on your jurisdiction, sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
