Reported totals are each company's own figure, on the date shown, from the linked announcement (dates differ, so the total is a sum of the latest reports, not one snapshot). On-chain columns cover only wallets carrying the company's name tag on Etherscan; most corporate ETH sits with custodians and staking providers, so the two never match.
