What does the free plan include?
The live feed (latest 75 moves, with search), the dashboard, the whale flow board (top 25 coins), full token pages for the top 25 coins, today’s daily report plus the last 7 days, a watchlist of 5 with up to 3 coin alerts a week, follows on 3 known whale wallets, and a preview of every other tool. Pro opens the full versions.
What's the difference between Pro and Alpha?
Free accounts and visitors see the top 5 wallets on the board and the last 7 days of each wallet’s moves. Paid plans unlock bigger boards, full history and wallet P&L & cost basis, released deeper down the ranking: Free covers P&L on any top-50 wallet’s page, Pro the top 100, Alpha the top 250, and Whale every wallet. Pro also unlocks the Intelligence Suite (money moving on and off exchanges, groups of linked whale wallets, heads-ups when a whale approves a token right before trading it, stablecoins whales have ready to spend, and whale flow leaning accumulation-side while the market is fearful), the top 100 tokens, and the full What Whales Hold board — every token the tracked whales are currently sitting on. Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. We accept USDC (on Solana or Ethereum), USDT (ERC-20), ETH, BTC, SOL, and BNB via NOWPayments. New crypto plans are paid once a year (the yearly price) and don’t renew automatically; we remind you before the end date. Members who have paid by crypto before can keep paying monthly. Otherwise, to pay monthly, use a card. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Account page. Card upgrades are prorated immediately. A crypto upgrade starts a new paid period.

I already have Whale. Do I need Business?
Only if the data is used by a company, fund, bot or product, or you need webhooks or the daily files. Personal use of the Whale API stays exactly as it is today.
How do I get help?
Business is self-serve: docs, sample data and priority email support at team@deepbluealpha.io. Everything is handled by email.
Can I pay by crypto?
Yes. Pick crypto at checkout (ETH, USDC, USDT, BTC and more). Crypto plans are paid once per period and don’t renew automatically; we remind you before the end date. Card plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account. For Enterprise, email us for an invoice.
